PRIVATE PAYMENT OR SELF-PAYMENT

Boston Sports Medicine offers affordable self-payment rates for those who do not wish to use insurance.  These rates have been established based on the discounted rates paid by major health insurance carriers.  Treatment provided at our self-payment rates are equivalent to that covered by health insurance.  We are unable to guarantee special requests for a particular provider at these rates, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Treatment may be provided by any combination of team members including a licensed Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Exercise Specialist, or Doctoral PT student on clinical affiliation with a university.  Providers may be tending to more than one patient at a time.  Please inquire about pricing for exclusive private concierge treatment sessions by CONTACT US.  For additional payment, concierge treatment can guarantee a particular provider, the duration and frequency of sessions, and exclude other support staff from your care.
