Ever heard of iontophoresis (aka “ionto”)? 👀

It’s a treatment we offer at Boston Sports Medicine that uses a mild electrical current to deliver anti-inflammatory medication right where you need it (no needles!)
✨ Commonly used for:
• Tendonitis (like patellar or Achilles)
• Plantar fasciitis
• Bursitis
• Local inflammation that just won’t calm down

Think of it as a targeted way to speed up healing and reduce pain so you can get back to doing what you love 💪

Curious if ionto is right for you? Ask your PT at your next visit or send us a message!

Special shout out to Jake and Annette for creating this Ionto segment! You guys rock 👏🏻
