✨ Exercise of the Week with Maddy 💪
Dead Bug Over a Foam Roller! This exercise challenges core stability, coordination, and body awareness while helping maintain a neutral spine throughout movement.
By keeping the foam roller balanced, your deep core muscles work harder to resist rotation and improve trunk control—making it a great exercise for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall movement efficiency. Thank you Maddy, congrats on your recent graduation and best of lucky with the start of PT school in the fall! We will be cheering you on every step of the way!
