  • Joint Mobilization – Specialized manual techniques are used to reduce pain and pressure while increasing your range of motion. Commonly performed on the shoulder, knee, ankle and spine.
  • Compressive Cooling – We use a computer-controlled device to circulate cold water around your injured limb while applying massaging pressure.
  • Taping – Taping is technique that is used to provide stability and support to a joint. While this is not a long-term solution, we will work with our patients on further treatment.
